In this video tutorial, we will show you a drill to help you improve Acceleration/Deceleration For Soccer/Football using 5 cones. Soccer Acceleration/Deceleration is very improtant for soccer, Accelaration helps players get away from defenders faster, and gets you to the ball quicker then the opposition. Decelation helps you improve stopping time which enables you to recat to a stimulus within the game, like a chnage of direction of an opponent.
