This Advanced 2 cone soccer activity is a great individual drill you can do to improve your first touch and ball control. With over 10 variations of touches, utilizing both the left and right feet- this video will guarantee that you improve your first touch and ball control as a player.
This activity is for intermediate, and elite level players. For high level players the drill should be done at a higher intensity.
Every variation should be done for at least 75-90 seconds. This drill should be done twice a week if a player wants to see an improvement in his game.
