Last Progression for Soccer Training Hour Including Soccer Drill with Shooting and Well Deserved Game Time at The End of Soccer Training Hour.

⚽️Repeat 2 – 3 Times.

⚽️Use Ground Balls, Air Balls, Double Shooting etc.

⚽️I will sometimes add a rule where the boys shoot until they score. This allows the walls to send the ball in different directions and the boys have to run quickly and shoot again. Nice and fun way to work on the conditioning.

⚽️I always finish training with minimum 10 min of playing soccer.
